I know you've talked about that earlier. I'm surprised you're still having trouble with that.

So do you guys get hurt while working out? I'm starting to tweak my back a little during deadlifts. I'm having to stop doing so much weight with those.

I've had a bit of a period of lighter workout but I'm planning to get back into form now. I'll especially focus on arm strength and adjust my diet so I'll get enough calories to sustain a regular workout schedule.

I thought I could lose a significant amount doing a juice fast. Turns out you need to still eat healthy afterwards or you gain most of it back.

Nothing really. I'm just talking about keeping up steady, large enough meals. I get concerned about weight too easily and start eating too irregularly and too small portions compared to how many calories I'd actually need.

I need to find a decent ab exercise to do. Most of the moves I try that you can use a dumbbell for usually end up being more straining on my shoulders.

Make sure you switch up the exercises when you do. Like focusing on your obliques in addition to your rectus abdominis muscles.

Since supposedly sit-ups and so on are bad for your spine I've been doing regular plank workouts instead. It seems pretty effective.

I should also look into buying some extra weight for my dumbbells.

I feel really comfortable with my body right now. I've found that good balance with my diet and workout that I'm lean but not too skinny and have some clear muscle definition but not too much. I mainly work out for health, not looks but it's still nice.

I got some nice new workout gloves. They're technically cycling gloves but the padding on them is really nice and I love working out when I don't have to worry about my aching palms.

I'm going to increase my reps from now on but maybe balance it out a bit better. Like say instead of two sets of 100 I'll do six sets of 50 or so on.

It's probably the most zen sport I can think of between how natural your movements are, the peace of flowing through the water and enjoying fresh air and the view. I love it.

My weight just keeps dropping and I look way too skinny. I can't keep up with eating more calories to compensate because I just don't have the appetite for it.

Like to give you an idea I'm close to what I weighed when I was pretty underweight and didn't work out so taking the weight of muscle into account I don't think I'm very healthy.

I started running sporadically without any sort of training plan about a month ago - this wasn't the best idea, but it got me started. Today I actually learned to pace myself and ran my first ever 5K in a exceptionally unexceptional 28:37. I'm going to start following a schedule from now on because I loved how it felt, so here's to many more.
